Ingredients
  

  • 4 butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes

  • 1 maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Add the cubed butternut squash to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon, salt, and pepper over the squash and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Add maple syrup or honey and mix again to coat all pieces.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees for 2 minutes.
  5. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the squash is tender and caramelized.
