Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–4 minutes.
  2. Season the chicken. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Cook the chicken. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  4. Make the garlic butter. While the chicken cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t let it burn).
  5. Toss and serve. Transfer cooked chicken to a bowl, pour the warm garlic butter over top, and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon if you like.
  6. Enjoy! Serve hot with rice, veggies, or a side of fries.
